Information we collect

When you use our contact form, book a home visit, call, email, or visit the store, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, street address, and any details you share about your device or the help you need. We collect only what we need to respond to you and provide service.

The contact form

Messages sent through the contact form on this site are delivered to our customer relationship system so a member of our team can reply. They are not sold or shared for marketing.

Online booking and payment

When you book an in-home visit online, your booking details are stored in our scheduling system and your payment for the first hour is processed by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

The in-store check-in kiosk

Our self check-in kiosk collects your contact details, a description of your device and the problem, your typed signature on the service agreement, and the information we need to work on the device. Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection straight into our repair ticketing system and are not emailed or stored on this website's server. Device passwords and PINs are used only to perform the service you asked for, and we recommend changing them after your repair.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your questions, schedule and perform work, process service and payment, and follow up about your repair or project. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with trusted providers who help us run the business (for example, scheduling, payment, or ticketing tools), and only as needed to serve you, or when required by law. Business IT and cybersecurity services are delivered by our sister company Galactica CyberSecurity, and AI services by our sister company Cyber Dogs AI. If you contact them through this site, their own privacy policies apply.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use basic analytics and a chat widget to understand how visitors use it and to answer questions. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your data on your devices

When you bring in a device for repair, we access only what is necessary to diagnose and fix the problem, and we treat your files and accounts as confidential. We recommend backing up important data before any service.
